Mongolia's Double Speak On Combating Air Pollution

The capital of Mongolia, Ulaanbaatar continues to rank amongst the most polluted cities in the world. This year’s extreme air pollution demonstrated a series of failed government policies and just how much financial resources have been wasted in the past decade.
